Our process begins with getting to know you and your baby. From there, we create a customized sleep plan that is age-appropriate and tailored to your preferences and your baby’s unique needs. Recognizing that each baby is different and responds to sleep training in their own way, we follow their natural rhythm and adjust the plan as necessary.

Throughout your four-week package, you have unlimited access to our support. We’ll help you manage wake windows, naps, playtime, full feeds, independent sleep, and everything in between, all aimed at helping your baby sleep through the night.
