🚚 Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order ships.

📬 Tracking Your Order

📦 Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Healthy Wealthy Kids is not responsible for packages marked “delivered” by the carrier.

  • If your package is lost, stolen, or delayed, please file a claim with the shipping carrier and contact us — we’ll do our best to assist.

🚫 Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

  • Some oversized or specialty items may incur additional shipping costs.
